Are you insured?
Yes, Campbell's Cleaning is fully insured. That means if anything unexpected happens while we're in your home, you're covered. We take your trust seriously, and making sure you have peace of mind is part of the job.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
We bring everything we need: cleaning products, tools, and equipment are all included. If you have a preference for scent-free or specific products (allergies, pets, little ones at home), just let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How is pricing determined?
You can use our online pricing calculator to get an instant estimate and book right away. For interior cleaning, pricing is based on your home's size and the type of clean needed. We will also do a free onsite estimate before getting started so there are no surprises on the day.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our clients head out while we work. If you’d prefer, we can arrange key or access code drop-off for a completely seamless experience. Of course, if you'd prefer to be there, we're happy to meet you and walk through any special requests.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean covers all the everyday essentials, such as surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and general tidying. A deep clean goes further: baseboards, window sills, interior appliances, light fixtures, and those corners that get skipped during routine maintenance. If it's your first time booking with us, a deep clean is usually a great place to start.
How often should I book?
That's entirely up to you and your household. Most of our clients settle into a weekly or bi-weekly routine for interior cleaning. For window washing, twice a year is the sweet spot for most Calgary homes: once in spring after the snow and salt season, and once in fall before the cold sets in. We're flexible and can work around whatever schedule makes sense for you.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
We want you to love what you come home to. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right for no additional fee. Your satisfaction is what we're here for.
Do you need anything from me before the appointment?
Just a reasonably clear path to work! We ask that floors are picked up enough for us to move around easily, and that pets are settled somewhere comfortable during the clean. For window washing, we'll need exterior access around the home. Beyond that, we've got everything handled.
